Cancellation Policy

To receive a full credit (may be used within 12 months since initial appointment) for a cancelled service, kindly notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If an evaluation of treatment options occurred via text or video call, a $20 deduction will be applied to your payment. Cancellations made within the 48-hour window will result in a hold of 50% of the total payment or $100, whichever is higher. For rescheduling within 48 hours, a $25 administrative fee will be deducted from your payment. Please note that if you are enrolled in a payment program, the aforementioned charges will apply accordingly.

Chaperone & Provider Information Notice

At NovaSkin Laser & Wellness, your comfort, privacy, and confidence are our top priorities. Our team includes both male and female professionals. Additionally, many treatments are personally performed by Dr. Shah (male), who is board-certified in aesthetic medicine.

Most of our clients feel completely at ease in our treatment environment. We take pride in creating a space that feels safe, respectful, and welcoming. That said, we understand that personal preferences vary, and we want to make sure you feel fully supported throughout your visit.

If you would prefer to have a same-sex professional present during your treatment, please know:

  • You are always welcome to bring your own chaperone if that helps you feel more comfortable.
  • When possible, we may also provide a chaperone — typically a trained team member or operator — who may be present during key parts of the treatment, either in person or virtually.
  • This is not a requirement, but an optional courtesy we offer to help enhance your comfort if desired.
  • While we’ll do our best to honor these requests, please note that chaperone availability is not guaranteed at all times due to scheduling limitations.

If having a same-sex professional or chaperone present is important to you, we kindly ask that you let us know in advance. This way, we can do our best to accommodate you.

Package and Payment Policy

At NovaSkin Laser and Wellness, we take pride in providing customized aesthetic care and treatment plans tailored to each individuals goals and needs. To ensure transparency and fairness, the following policy applies to all service packages and prepaid treatments.

1. Package Pricing and Discounts

Treatment packages are offered at a discounted rate compared to individual session pricing.
Discounts vary by treatment type, duration, and total number of sessions purchased.
Package pricing reflects a bundled value and cannot be broken down or applied toward other services or individuals.
 
2. Payment and Adjustments
All package payments are due in full at the time of purchase unless a written payment arrangement has been approved by management.
 
3. Non-Refundable Policy
All sales of treatment packages, prepaid services, or deposits are non-refundable once purchased.
Packages are non-transferable and may not be shared between clients.
Refunds or partial refunds are not provided for unused sessions, change of mind, or variable treatment results.
 
4. Treatment Agreement and Performance
Purchase of any package constitutes a treatment agreement between NovaSkin Laser and Wellness (Provider) and the client (Patient).
NovaSkin agrees to perform the treatments outlined in the package using the safest, most effective methods available and within a reasonable timeframe.

While every effort is made to achieve optimal outcomes, individual results vary based on skin type, age, health status, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

 5. Scheduling and Expiration

All treatments must be scheduled in advance. Packages must be completed within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.

 

6. Acknowledgment

By purchasing a package, the client acknowledges and agrees to the above terms and understands that aesthetic treatments involve variable outcomes that cannot be guaranteed.
