4.3 Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.

5. Refund Policy

All treatment sales, packages, and gift cards are final and non-refundable once purchased or services have begun.
Refunds may be issued only if a provider determines a treatment is medically contraindicated prior to initiation.
Unopened retail products may be exchanged within 14 days with a valid receipt.

6. Medical Consent & Assumption of Risk

By undergoing treatment, you acknowledge and understand that:

  • Every procedure carries some level of risk (e.g., redness, bruising, swelling, scarring, or infection).

  • You have been informed of potential risks and have had an opportunity to ask questions.
