6️⃣ Is there any downtime?

Downtime is minimal.
Most clients experience mild redness, swelling, or tenderness for 24–48 hours.
You can return to normal activities immediately, though it’s best to avoid intense exercise or heat exposure for a few days.

Some improvement is visible immediately after treatment.
However, optimal results develop gradually over 2–3 months as collagen regenerates.
